You must eat to lose weight. Just eliminate the fast food. Eat normal, salad, rice, beans, chicken. No fried, no soda, and NO alcohol which ruins your digestive system and food wont digest well becoming pure fat. Keep metablism burning the fat in your body, how? Eat the same amount, just spread the food. Instead of 3 meals a day, eat 6 small meals a day. To fuel your metabolism. Walk/jog once a week in the morning. Or 3 times a week once youre in good shape. Drink alot of water to keep your body functioning well. Sleep and rest. The entire point of losing weight is to be healthy, if you are going to stop eating to lose weight, you are beating the entire point. And just eating salad is like not eating. Youll get sick. And be patient, not two weeks, youll lose weight in 2-3 months, do it the right and healthy way. That way you will stay with a slim body for a good amount of time. Take care.
Even if you could lose that much weight that fast - you probably wouldn't keep it off. If you lose a sensible amount you'll be that much closer to your goal by the end of the month. When I started losing weight recently, I was surprised at how the inches came off in comparison to the pounds. If that happens, you might look like you've lost much more than you actually did.
