What can help me sleep?

When i read a book i get too engaged in it and read until it's morning. I can't watch TV because light makes me feel awake. I can't drink warm milk because I'm not allowed to drink things past 7:00. What could help me? :(

i lived this issue too , i see that you like to read books at night so don't change the time , and try to dont thong about your problems or anything else , just try to comedown and clean your mind from any bad thoughts and try to counting sheep ,and do nothing just stay in your place ,and eventually you will sleep .

Just stay up, whenever you try and stay up you'll get tired then fall asleep easily.

Try using an essential oil. Lavender, Sandalwood and Neroli work wonders.

Get some melatonin! It'll help you fall asleep a lot faster; naturally.

Try taking Meletonin. Start with 3ml and if you still can't sleep move up to five ml. take only at bed-time. You buy it anywhere vitamins and supliments are sold. Its a natural hormone in your body but as you get older you make less of it.
