There are two Ren Faires in your area check out the vendors online .Beware of the pretty shiny fabrics some use, unless they are backed they fall apart after washing (a popular clothing company at a Renaissance Faire I worked for made them like that, so many became ratty). Find someone that works in a theater costume shop to make you one. Or talk to someone in the S.C.A. they tend to be a nice bunch and may point you in the right direction or help.
