Can sex be defined as a human right?

Report as

Sex is not a human right, it's a special interaction between two consensual adults. To say its a human right would imply or suggest false conclusions to be drawn.

no, sex is a privelige and gift granted to us by God, and any time sex is had outside of marriage, it is an abuse of tha privelige and gift which God has given us, sex is meant to be for procreation, not for the fun and enjoyment of it, so no, it cannot be defined as a "human right" that would make rape, and other sexual abuses okay.

Who is this "God" person, anyway?
Report as
God, the divine creator of the universe and everything in it, he created you, he created me, he created the soul inside of you, he is the omnipotent ruler of everything, does that answer your question

No. How do you know all this?

The study of religion, of the world, i have found that for the world to exist, something bigger than us must have created it, Read the writings of St. Thomas Aquinas, St. augustine. St. Athanisius. all are good starting points to star getting into the topic of God
Report as
Sure, but the something bigger than us was the Big Bang.
As an older man I'd like to believe in a benevolent deity, since that would imply an afterlife; but it goes against all the evidence.
As a young man, you should free your mind of this religious nonsense and enjoy life; but safely, bc its the only one you'll get.

the big bang remains a theory to this day, God has been proven to exist time and again throughout history, i'll stick with believing in God, because realistically, if i'm wrong, i lose nothing, if i die and God turns out to not exist, then i wont care, i'll be dead and gone forver, but if your wrong, you have the very real possibility of having a real bad afterlife, so i may be wasting my time with God, but its a lot better to believe and have him not really exist, than to not believe, and find out he actually does, and that he is angry at me.
Report as
So you dont really believe God exists, but you're not ruling it out either, so that if s/he exists, s/he won't be as pissed at you as s/he is at atheists like me. A practical, if somewhat cowardly, position.
But why would this God person give us the ability to enjoy sex and then be angry if we did?
Report as
No, i really and truly believe in God, and would die before i renounce my religion or my God, however, what i stated above is just another good reason to believe in God, and yes, God gave us the ability to enjoy sex, but he also laid out certain conditions for us to have the privelige, he gave us boundaries, much like any parent will, and he let us know that the boundary is wedlock, sex outside of marriage is the abuse of a privelige granted us by God, because it breaks the boundaries and rules set by God for the use of that privelige
Report as
How do you know those rules about sex were made by God and not by some guy who couldn't get any and didn't want anyone else to enjoy it?
Report as
because they have existed since a time when realistically, rape would have been easy, and was actually extremely common, God made the descision to hold his creations to a higher standard at some point, and since the rule doesnt prevent others from enjoying s e x, then your argument here is ridiculous, the rule isnt that you cant do it, its that you cant do it with someone you arent married to

Yes, in the sense that governments have no business regulating what consenting adults do in their own bedrooms.

It is neither a human right, nor a protected class under the 14th amendment.
