Can an even-toed ungulate have only one horn?

It is possible for an even-toed ungulate to have a single horn. This can be seen in the case of a rhino considering some of the species only have only one horn.

For that matter even-toed ungulates cannot have one horn. Considering that the rhino is the only ungulate or land animal with one horn.

No, there have been unique births of one horn. Rare, but it happens. It is an anomaly of nature. There was even a movie," A kid with two farthings" who had one.
