It depends on what kind of weight you need to lose. If you're talking about a permanent loss to make cutting weight easier, lots of fruits & veggies, get your protein through nuts & legumes, fish and an occasional meat. If you're looking to cut weight for a match it depends on the amount & the time to do so. Water weight is the easiest to dump, you should have no problem dumping lbs, just workout in a sweat suit & hang out in the sauna. If you're desperate the old colon cleansing will dump a good amount (not having tried it, I can't recommend it,& it doesn't sound appealing)
i am not saying to stop eating, but just go on a diet where you choose the amount of calories you want to have in a day and that will make a change, and then if you would like you could lift weights. hope this helps!
