Body odor is a result of many things: what you eat, your personal hygiene, and your health are the most important. That said, there are people who have distinct medical conditions which cause excessive perspiration (also called hyperhidrosis) or excessive body odor (called bromhidrosis). Both conditions can be treated, but they require a diagnosis by a doctor, and probably prescription treatments. If this is something you're dealing with, ask your doctor to refer you to a good dermatologist. I hope this is of help to you.

Of course they do. But if it's very very bad, just offensive! They may have a medical condition

Change ur deodorant. Certain ones work for certain people. Antibacterial soaps. Bathing more. More water in take. Your body constantly releases toxins. Just a few. Those are the most common anyways.
