What should I do?

Okay, so this guy in my math class who sits in the back of the room is always trying to get my attention. I mean like he makes random noises and acts like a spaz all throughout class. I know he's flirting with me, but I'm trying to do my work! I tried telling the teacher, but she's sorta laid back and just says, "sit down and concentrate." What should I do?

He may NOT be flirting ; he may be having trouble with keeping up on class work -
or restless , if the material is TOO routine ..... As teacher says , Eye on the Prize ...

Clearly the teacher is showing no interest in your plight, so you're going to have to take matters into your own hands. If this boy wants your attention so badly, then give it to him; confront him on the matter, and if it persists, follow the chain of command and report this to a higher authority within the school.

could be a medical condition like Tourette's. why not ask him after class? he already knows you hear and see what he is doing. might as well speak to him after class and see if he stops.

no, he's fine. he tries to get my attention by saying random things and trying to get me to laugh.

just shows he likes you. talk to him, decide if he is worth your time and either get together and he will stop irritating you in class, or let him down so he can move on. either way, he should stop his classroom antics.
