No problem for vegans... Use the same recipe for tofu, Unsweetened corn flakes, eggs and cream for the batter. The secret spices are msg, salt pepper, paprika, thyme, and deep fry it in peanut oil. You can even stick round toothpicks in it to simulate bones. The msg can be omitted, just add a little extra salt.

so does healthy food, so i dont see your point. but over eating does make u fat, just as eating and going to sleep does. but so does fried foods, as you are what you eat. your body takes healthy food and turns it into fat well on its own, adding fatty fried goodness give the body even more fat to store.

Didn't see your question until I got back, FMJ, I always get the three piece extra crispy. Now and then I splurge for a 15 piece bucketBut Wendy's has what you described. Not bad, but I got into KFC mode today.
