-Hey! It's me again!

-So uhm,my friend Savana wants to know,what is a good excersise that takes fat away from the stomach,thighs,and arms,and face. WITHOUT giving you major muscles? (Anything but running...anything)

You need to burn off the Fat. You need to swet and get the blood flowing, the heart pumping. You know what to do if you set you're mind to it.Exercise. Limit the food intake to healthy choice's and watch the Fat intake. Knock off the Cokes for water.
