Well just explain to her because when i have my period i tell my younger brother because he nows somethings up so just explain how every girl gets it and why girls get it its part of nature

You DON'T need to tell her. Like out of no where you say "Hey Little Sally, I just got my period. Just wanted to let you know." And then you just walk off. Ya, no. Just stick to not telling and you wont suffer from any embarrassment or anything.
