Green Teas - a good source of antioxidants and EGCG complex. It can also help support the immune system, and is good for healthy blood sugar levels.
White Teas - also provides antioxidants, and low caffeine levels. Also assists in detoxification and re-hydration, and also helps maintain healthy skin and complexion.
Oolong Tea - Can help promote a healthy metabolism, supports digestion and helps promote healthy skin and teeth.
Black Tea - Energy boosting and good for morning and breakfast, helps promote heart health, and if part of a healthy diet, can help keep healthy cardiovascular and circulatory systems.
Mate Tea - Energizing, can support appetite suppression, and a great source of vitamins and minerals.
Rooibos Tea - Supports the immune system, digestion and can aid in relief from an upset stomach. Naturally caffeine free.
Herbal Infused Teas - Great source of vitamins and antioxidants, they blend well with other teas for flavor and health benefits, also naturally caffeine free.

you can also steep the caffeine out of teas that do, usually soaking them for 10-20 seconds and dumping that water out, it can pull the caffeine out of the tea as well. :3

i drink a lot of tea ^-^ so i know a bit about teas. my favorite teas are Jasmine dragon pearl tea and maharaja chai, both are from teavana. <3

I love to drink tea and i opt for herbal teas like ginger tea mint tea etc.

I do think tea keeps us healthy. It also calms a persons body. Their are so many teas for so many things to cure.
