We already have. In the case of "inner space" this usually refers to the ocean or in some cases - quantum realms. If you mean beyond the moon (of which we landed and returned astronauts several times already) - we currently have a rover on Mars and probes like Voyager have already left the solar system. If you mean - human expeditions to beyond the moon - it's possible - but that takes a lot of money to build the spacecraft and a ton of space science and research to prepare for long voyages through space - we would need a strong national will to invest in such a scientific mission - and the money to fund it: we currently have neither.

Yes.....I think so.....Humans will explore Mars as Mars has the climate and atmosphere almost similar to earth's....In future generations..Humans may explore other planets too.....as Technology has developed..it may develop greater in future...and then a new spacecraft can be formed which can lead Humans to explore other planets of our solar system...
