How would someone get a 1980's bag phone to work
I have a 1980's bag phone that I want to get up and running but I don't know how
Wow... I'm not sure that is even possible. The earliest mobile phones were analog... and everything is digital now.
There are no longer any satellites that you could connect to as far as I know. Without the satellite the phone is useless.
If it operates on any of the frequency bands currently in use, it may just be a matter of replacing the battery. If the circuitry is damaged, you may need the services of http://cellularrepairusa.com/ who also accept mail-ins.
