My notification box is again missing half the things. What can i do about it?

my activity box is all messed up again.....where can i complain about this?.... i feel real bad about this.....:(
sorry if i did not comment back or vote for anyone........ it's isn't working that's why.....

lol i know i have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find the qustion and my awnser and after i find it i realize i could have just gonna on my profile and checked the recently awnserd

I honestly thought that they had bagged the box. I can't remember the last time I had it pop up, weeks ago I guess
