Do veternary schools preform low cost spay and neuter? and are there any around here?

i live in the antelope valley/ kern county,five 9 mon lab/ shep mix. and i need some help thought this was a good idea but i can't find any schools?

Call the Humane Society. Ours does low cost spay/neuter drives periodically. They will know if anything is available in your area.
