I do not get it. 3 million dollars is not \$3 million. What is the difference if you use the word "dollars" or the symbol"\$"?
Report as

Because the second person gave from his heart.

Because he gave you 4 million dollars? Lol I'm stumped

You can always assume that a decimal number has imaginary 0's at then end of the number.Therefor 4 million dollars is better than 3 million dollars! Ha LoI dunno! Follow me anyway :P

The guy with the \$4 was extreamly poor and he has nothing. The guy with the 3 million ( or whatever) had a bunch of money and giving up that much was nothing to him.

Report as
Dagnabbit you beat me!
Report as

Probably cause he gave you four \$1 dollar bills, instead of 3 \$ million dollar bills
