Lots of fresh fruits (frozen or not), a handful--about an ounce--of nuts a day, almonds are especially healthy AND tasty, gorp (trail mix) is nice, and so's a carton of Greek yogurt with fruit of choice--I like cherry or peach myself, and Fage & Chobani are both quite good. Another nice snack is "ants-on-a-log"--a stalk of celery stuffed with peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice) and raisins. A chunk of reduced-fat cheddar cheese or a piece of string cheese. Shall I continue?
I eat frozen blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. You can get a 3lb bag for roughly $11 at costco in the frozen section. They taste amazing frozen and they're good because they have a lot of healthy nutrients and being they're frozen it takes longer to eat them, in turn helping you eat less.
