Is it weird for a girl to skateboard?

Well I'm a girl obviously & I like to skateboard & there's always guys saying that it's weird for a girl to skate because girls ''don't'' skate. I love to skate but I'm just wondering why is it weird for a girl to skate? and if it is weird how is it weird?

I know... and girls don't like to camp, hunt, fish, snowmobile, hike, or farm for a living. Yeah, right. And rengamer is right. Guys dig chicks who like to have fun.

i know we could do the same things guys do just because we're girls doesn't mean anything it's just a gender just like dirt biking there's a lot of girls that ride dirt bike just like i do also.

I don't get why some people refuse to join us in the 21st century. It seems like they'd be happier if we were all bobble-heads who only cared about clothes, makeup, hair and having babies.

yeah rengamer is right guys do like girls that like to have fun but theres also guys that hate seeing girls do the things they do everyone is the same its just a gender thats all

Well, and some guys like to cook and clean... absolutely, and I mean, ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with that in my book. It's just that those of us who live outside societal conventions have a steep curve to teach the rest of the world.

ha ha no its not, Its a sport that i think either gender should be able to partake in. Dont let others make you think different.

chick if there is something in life u love doin ,dont let anyone tel u otherwise.s ur if skateboard is ur calling then do it . its not weird so them wat u got!!!!!!!!

No,it's not weird at all for girls to skateboard...it's just guys don't see much girls "skateboard" before.

It's not weird. Unless you have a brother who loosens all screws on the wheels and you skid, face down, on face and body and end up in a hospital for two weeks.
