Is it normal for my left Rib to hurt constantly?

im mostly hurt's when i stand up for too long or i sit for a long time

This can be caused by gas in the colon. This is also referred to as splenic-flexure syndrome where excess gas trapped in the colon can cause pain especially under the ribcage. Consult a doctor for more information.

No its not normal for anything to hurt constantly, you should see your doc, hope you feel better,
