Agnostic isn't a position on what you believe. It's a position on what you think it is possible to know. Agnostics are also atheists or theists. If you don't overtly believe in any gods, you're an atheist. If you do, you're a theist.
Agnosticism and gnosticism are just about what you think can be proven.

but if you ask an atheist if he believes in god, he will say no. if you ask me, i will say i dont know. agnosticism is another form of atheist, so im not a full on atheist.

There is no such thing as "in between". You can't "sort of" believe in gods.
Not to sound like Yoda here, but you either do or you do not. If you don't overtly believe in gods, you by definition DON'T believe in any gods. Therefore you are an atheist. An agnostic is not a "fence sitter"- most atheists ARE agnostics.
