The one I do right now. I get to be outside to see nature in all its glory year 'round. I get to see calves being born and taking their first wobbly steps, learning to nurse from their mothers, and the surprised look on their face the day that they develop their cud and discover it. I plant seeds and wait on the weather, and somehow it has always turned out so far. I get to watch the sun chase clouds across ripe wheat fields, smell the fresh turned earth in the spring, listen to the cattle settle down for the night. It's a good life; better than what I deserve... and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
