If the center was uncooked & cold, yes you might get a little sick. Probably the "runs". If it was uncooked but hot, then you should be OK. As long as the cooking temperature in the center hits 140 degrees (I believe) bacteria dies.
well it depends.... was it processed? do you feel sick? why was it half cooked, because if you didn't realize it was half cooked until you ate one bite you probably would have stopped and you would have been fine.idk.it all just depends.
