what causes blue veins to show more prominently in breasts (not pregnant)?

I feel like they may be growing , but I'm not going up a bra size. they feel heavier than before, & the veins are showing up more and I'm getting some small stretch marks. I'm NOT pregnant

As the breasts grow the fat pushes veins closer to the surface, making them more visible. You may not have gone up a size yet, but if they feel heavier you probably will. Everything will even out.

If that's you in the picture, it's because your complexion is very light. Now my complexion different story. You gotta turn on the searchlight just to get my skin color.
