How do I need to prepare myself physically for the Navy?
Swim often. Swim hard. Use extra weight if possible (only in shallow water). Use different strokes. Arms only, legs only, right side only. This works your entire body. And teaches you how to swim.
get your endurance up by working out. build yourself up emotionally too for when they line you up and start yelling lol
work hard, workout run drink lots of water. I was down in ft. Benning GA. For infantry in the national guard.
Jog and do calisthenics before you go that's the main thing you will be doing! Also please be a decent swimmer! Company 072
