I had a charlie horse a day ago on my calf, now that area hurts to stretch really bad. What can i do to help the pain go away?

You should stretch the cramped muscle, or just massage it with your fingers and then gently stretch it out. This will heal the Charlie horse in your calf.

Stretch, stay hydrated and beef up on some bananas!! Sounds like your potassium levels may be low. Don't take any potassium supplements though! Too much potassium (as in pill form) can be risky in terms of heart rhythms. You're 100% safe eating any foods though that contain potassium. Feel better!!
