To gain weight, anything and alot. To gain good weight, some mass, and be healthy? Eat more often, eat sandwiches with meat. Alot of meat, chicken, beef. Alot of milk. More rice, spaggetti, eggs, and even vegetables. At school take a good sandwich, and some peanut butter sandwich with more milk! Stay healthy.
well make sure gaining weight is healthy for the stage your in...dont gain TOO much weighht. but try gaining muscle, it ways more pounds than fat. try more carbs, calories, etc. don't go crazy on junk food. its un healthy for your heart, even if you don't gain weight
