Best SUVs for the Zombie Apocalypse?

Company, Model, Gas Mileage, speed capabilities, price, # of passengers, and any other things you can think of.

Report as

unfortunately, people wont be able to pump gas eventually(so stock up now), since it will probably be your home when is runs out of gas in the middle of nowhere, get one that can keep food you store away from the un-zombie believers(because they werent ready like all of us with bomb shelters, dried food, and stored money in our safes)

Make sure It has room in the back for survivors(if your nice)

I only thought of an SUV because it can hold many passengers and is big enough to run over zombies with. You have any vehicle?
Report as
DO, this isn't about a game. It's a question that they're taking seriously.

I think any vehicle that you can either live in comfortably with several people like an RV. Or a vehicle that has amazing gas mileage if you're on your own.

I KNOW there are zombie games. And let's ask the person if they meant this as a joke, or not, ok?
Report as
icic6772
So what if they did or not. Zombie survival is a very popular thing these days. Maybe if you would stop being so judgmental you would realize that.
Report as
I know it's popular, and I also know it's not for good reason.
Report as
icic6772
What do you mean?! Why not a good reason? Its just for fun man!

The world is not going to end and there is not going to BE an apocalypse. If the world really was going to end, it would have been last August because the Mayan calendar didn't count leap year.

My '05 Jeep Liberty with the VM Motori Diesel engine. It can go well over 100 mph, (don't ask how I know), it gets 35 mpg, it seats 5, and in a pinch it will run on Zombie parts. The sad part is, it's not for sale at any price.

Ah, you have a diesel Jeep! I wanted one of those.
Report as
I love it. I got it eco-tuned at Green Diesel in Wixom (the owner was on the engineering team which built that engine in the first place) and the ECM flashed. It bypassed the EGR valve, so it actually runs cleaner and more efficiently.
Report as
I saw a new diesel Grand Cherokee a long time ago. I had just bought a vehicle, so I didn't get it. I thought plenty of time in the future to get a newer one. Not a good move.
Report as
I really like the looks of the Jeep Commander, too. But actually you were wise to wait, since there are plans to put the B-series Cummins engine in the GC's and Commanders.
Report as
Commander is too big for me. If I'm going that big, I'll go 1 ton dually . I do love the Cummins. I can't wait.

A horse would be better because unlike the huge suv, they only need food and water. Gas would be very hard to get and the sound of the suv would attract the zombies. Of course this will never happen.
