~First, move yourself to a quiet dark room where you can sit calmly and relax yourself. ~Start with the top of your head and work your way down to your toes. ~As you are doing this, take slow deep breaths THROUGH YOUR NOSE and hold it for as long as you can, then let it out slowly THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. ~Keep doing this as you are relaxing your body. ~This gets more oxygen into your blood which will help to alleviate the pain. ~ However.....if the headache is more than just a minor ache, medication is what you will need.
Squeeze towards the back of your head gently then move it around and once it feels best then squeeze more until it stops and it works pretty well or drink water, eat, sleep, get fresh, go outside or my all time favorite be a man and take your pills(don't worry these actually work)
