When is the next leap year? & how often do they occur?

Every four years, always the same year as the US presidential election. (The year is always evenly divisible by four, if that helps any... for example, 2012 is evenly divisible by four, and this year was a leap year.)

Idk the next but it is once every 4 years.

They add an extra day to February usually the month of February only goes up to the 28 but on a leap year it's up to 29 of feb. and it occurs every 4 years the next one is in 2016
