9) Paying for stuff online? PROBABLY SPYWARE!
10) anti-virus program that's not yours popping up? VIRUS!
11) Wikis? LIES!
12) Article on Science/Religion? WARZONE FOR CREATIONISTS AND EVOLUTIONISTS!
13) Article on things not at all related to Science/Religion? WARZONE FOR OBAMANISTS AND ANTI-OBAMANISTS
14) Video that's not on YouTube? LAGGER!
15) Advertisements that exit their assigned area? DON'T MOVE YOUR MOUSE: REDIRECTOR!
16) Badly put-together chatroom? ANNOYING!
17) Advertisements for anti-virus programs? ACTUAL VIRUSES!

Use the same kind of common sense you would use out on the street. Keep in mind that stuff you post on the internet stays up forever. Don't trust anyone with naked pictures of yourself.

Dont give your Name, Number, City/Town, Age, Picture or anything like that. No naked pictures, never give money to internet sites that say they will give you more money in return, and dont ever talk to strangers over the internet that seem fishy ( saying you are pretty or that they want to know where you live)

1: Stay away from porn. 2: don't open attachments in email. 3: use McAfee site adviser, or Norton internet security to protect your PC from spoofed sites. 4: Use Spybot Search And Destroy weekly. 5 Use parental controls if you have children. 6 Don't go on the internet at all unless you have done the above, or unless you want to keep all your privacy as the government reads ALL email now.

Golden Rule: Never disclose any personal information or incriminating evidence that could identify you i.e. pictures of yourself/family, actual name(s) or yourself and family, and most importantly remember that the internet is a medium through which many express their opinions, don't be afraid to make friends but be wary of people who try to threaten you. there's almost always someone you can report them to or a block function.

If buying off the net, use a credit card, not ATM Debit card. Also, look for sites that have https as they are secured sites!

Don't give out your e-mail address or any other personal info to people you don't know, even your name (last name more importantly.) NEVER click on ads that say, "NO JOKE! YOU ARE THE 1,000,000 VISITOR ON THIS SITE! CLICK HERE TO CLICK YOUR PRIZE!" It's a Trojan horse.

Don't tell anyone your name, adress, or personal information. Don't click on popups, suspicous emails, and don't download things that aren't security checked. :) Hope this helps!
