Is Cracking Your Knuckles Bad For You?

if so, how? if not, why not? I'll take as many answers and details as I can get! thank you!

Report as

When you pop your knuckles synovial fluid leaks out, because it is a synovial saddle joint.
If you keep draining the fluid it will harden and cause friction and inflammation, leading to functional problems.
There is NO air pocket in your knuckles, but I learned from human biology it's not good to crack them.

It pops the bubbles between your bones, but however it could without warning pop a bone out of place or have the skin growth very thin and the bones look reallt boney. :/

It's an old wives tale. I'm not sure how much it prevents arthritis as a few suggest. Or get bigger. Not true.
