Even if the bread is whole wheat is it bad to eat at lease 6-8 slices a week?
like is it bad for the the stomach fating?
Um... I go through whole loaves in a single week, and have no problem, so I don't think so. But try to spread peanut butter on it when you toast it, then you get some protein with it.

No not at all, at least 6 to 8 slices is the lowest amount in a week. Try to eat more and be healthy.

It's not bad but whole grain would be a better choice than whole wheat. As long as the rest of your diet is well balanced, this amount shouldn't cause any problems.

Fiber is good for you and your digestion. What you eat must be judged in context of your entire diet. Make sure your diet is balance with proteins, veggies, fruit, carbs.
