Why don't i have the option to send mms on my iphone 4?

i switched from at&t prepaid to tmobile prepaid yesterday. when i was with at&t i had the option to send photos, but they'd never go through because i had no data plan. Now that i'm with tmobile i dont even have the option to send mms. there's the option when i go to my camera roll to send to facebook, twitter, email, etc. but no message.i have prepaid unlimited talk text and web. any suggestions?

AT&T does tend to spoil its customers
