Take in less calories and do lots of exercising. Get on a field hockey team or run track. That will take the pounds off. I understand that with how society is that you feel that your belly fat is a negative thing, I want you to know how you look doesn't make who you are how you act and treat people is what makes you who you are.You can do many things but as for easy ways that you can loose belly fat without buying or doing anything majorly different then your normal routines now.I would say if you do 20 sit ups 10 times giving yourself 10-15sec rest between every rep of 20 before bed or when you wake up, you will burn off the extra belly fat and start to tone your tummy combine this with eating less sugar and fatty foods you will see the change.Now this isn't a rapid change but it is the healthiest way.Keeping fit with many ways that don't use expensive equipment is easy to start but you must stick with it.Push ups, Chin ups, Sit ups, Squats, Lunges and a light jog is a great day to day work out.Now if your parents own any or don't mind buying you hand weights to use for toning your wrist,forearms and biceps doing Wrist curls, Curls and other exercises using them is a benefit too.
