Not bad, but self defeating. you are neglecting proper rest and recuperation. Try alternating body areas. Legs, next day arms next day chest. A proper routine. I know it's hard if it's a favorite like biceps to do it all the time, but that is generally the rule, proper rest for muscle growth.
If you're lifting weights it's not "bad" but it's better if you can give you body 24 hours rest in between sessions. If you are doing an aerobic exercise such as walking or jogging, it's no problem. This is what a personal trainer told me.
