How can i get mini-billiards ball to spin ?

It could be possible to get mini-billiards ball to spin. However, you may inquire in some of the billiards online sites like gamegape.com and totalpooltables.com.

If your cue isn't a two piece you probably can't cause your cue is fit for a certain tip. So either buy a cue with a smaller tip for one piece or if two piece pick up a new top with a smaller tip.
