I like it glazed with maple sugar: place bacon on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake in 375 oven until almost done (you can also use precooked bacon). Sprinkle granulated maple sugar or brown sugar on the bacon and return to oven until sugar melts into a glaze, 2-3 minutes--WATCH it CAREFULLY! It'll go from done to charred in no time flat.
