Keep the split ends trimmed so your hair does not break off faster than it grows. There is no secret way to grow hair fast other than to eat well and take good care of your hair (no ponies or elastic bands). You can always buy some extentions...not too pricy at Ulta and they have a great selection. Sally's has them too but they are $$$ and the only ones I have seen there are for gluing in.

Cut about one inch off. You have to get rid of the damaged ends. Kind of like pruning a tree.
