Boil a cup n half of water with a part of a chunk of beef broth in it. Turn down the heat a bit & pour in a 1/4 cup of egg from the carton or 1 egg that you mixed the egg n yolk. Slowly pour the egg into the broth & stur till the egg solidifys. Remove from heat & turn off stove. Let cool a bit & pour in a cup & enjoy Egg Drop Soup!
