How do squats and deadlifts effect on your body ( lower and upper ) and will they make my not to look skinny in my arms and chest?

I'm combining them with other workouts for arms,chest,back...
but can these workouts make me gain mass

They work for legs, specifically glutes, hamstrings, and lower abs (for the squats).
The deadlift work for hamstrings, abs in general, and back.
If done with low weights, but alot of repetitions you will be doing cardio in a way, or increasing stamina, so burning fat if done alot and constantly.
Your arms might tone up a bit, and chest is not affected that much i think.

U will gain mass and bulk if u keep the reps between 2 and 3 and make sure u rest every other day, eat high calorie and nutritious foods.and keep positive. However 1 possible draw back I found with me that over long periods of time it may damage or deteriorate the cartilage in-between the knee joints. be careful and read up on it. frank ...take care and be positive
