Could you die from cutting your Achilles tendon?

I doubt it but you probably will never walk normally again. Depends on if doctors can do a repairing surgery.

You can bleed out and die from any traumatic injury !!

No. Tendons are not blood vessels. They don't carry blood. They attach your muscles to your bones.
