I like what that dude said, it's never too late to try anything. I'm thinkin' I might try that Cow Bell - ya can never have too much Cow Bell. maybe we can Jam sometime? you playin' guitar, me smackin' Cow Bell and that dude speaking incoherent Spanish like Riccardo Montoban.
this is just my experience from learning and teaching guitar 1.most anyone at any age can learn how to play 2. the rate you learn at depends on alot of things; your natural aptitude for guitar(for most it is extremely akward and inconcievable at first), how often anf how well you practice , how much you maintain your intrest(this doent sound important at first; most people that give up at it say they got bored) 3.learning guitar is an ongoing process people learn different ways and it taked diffetent intervals to learn most people i know and have taught dont think they sound good til playing for around a year so patience will go a long ways 4.if you want to learn faster i would recommend learning to read some kind of music(usually tab is preferred for guitar) and taking lessons or at least find a friend who would be willing to kind of mentor you and dont be afraid to play with other people everyone plays differently and you can learn their technique
