Eat more Vitamin A. Since your skin is basically composed of Retinol, which is Vitamin A, this will help keep your skin healthy and strong. If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. This will help keep your skin from drying out. Exercise daily for 30-60 minutes. Doing so will help you de-stress and let your body detoxify.
Avoid sunlight, wear sunscreen to protect your skin at all times. There are skin brightening masks you could try and I know there are BB creams that contain whitening ingredients. Papaya also whitens skin so maybe rub it in your face?
Don't know the 'exact' name of any but there are 'skin bleaching' products available. Watched a documentary about mothers 'bleaching' their young (6&under) children's skin & the dangers of doing it at such a young age & too often. I suggest just googling 'skin bleaching whitening products'. Be careful! Hope this helps!
