Why do most people turn in to the thing they hate the most?

like i hate a drunk but here lately thats all i want to do

anything you dislike has meaning to you. For example you might hate drunks but do you hate yellow cars or brown towels. Things we hate are part of our prejudices it really what we hate about ourselves.
For example a person who hates fat people might themselves have a fear of being fat
or a person who hates people who drives reckless might themselves have a fear of dying or kiling someone in a car. WE simply project we we hate about ourselves.

My guess is that someone in your family has a problem with alcohol or you have been around someone who has and then it made an impression on you. You hate the very thing that you might become.

well sometimes if you were/are around it you just turn that way because it's all you know other times it just happens but always know that there is help out there just in case =)
