God speaks all languages, because he knows his creations inside and out, and he knows all things, however, the language which God uses with human beings is most often his actions, which indicate love to the highest degree.
god speaks all languages and understands them because in the story of Babylon god went and gave the people many other languages so that there communication would get mixed up which so that means god knows all the languages but in heaven there is a main language that everyone will understand the first day you get there
Well, if you want to be technical (I'm not religious by the way, I'm going solely by what the bible said) at the tower of babel, God created all languages so that they couldn't build a large tower. Why? I really don't know, but he did it and thus he created all languages, so he can speak all of them too.
The Bible says, "For God does speak, now one way, now another, though man may not perceive it." God speaks your language. The problem has never been a lack of God speaking, but of man listening. Start with the words of Jesus.
God's ability to communicate is not dependent on the use of human languages. God can give us understanding about something as a thought, a notion or intuition. Jesus said his Words are Spirit and they are Truth. God lives in each of us and communicates very effectively to each of us. Our part is to let God live through us by Loving one another and treating others the way we would like to be treated. God is the Ultimate Source of all energy and we should not resist.
