How many calories would i burn if i did all of these things in the description?

PLEASE need an answer fast, and would like it to be a little bit accurate, so please know what your talking about. So what i did was 40 minutes of Just Dance, 200 lunges, 5 minute wall sit, 10 minute bike ride, 2 minutes of leg lifts, 4 minutes of weight lifting, and 100 crunches. How many calories would i burn?

Aerobic exercises burn more calories per se than weight resistance. (Based on time and intensity). 40 minutes of Just Dance - 200 calories 200 - lunges 100 calories (tone), 5 minute wall sit - 100 calories (tone), leg lifts - 50 calories (tone), 4 minutes weight lifting (calories/tone) not much, 100 crunches - (calories) not much, tone - nominal. Cut out the "fast foods" and "soda" - phenomenal. If you need to lose weight, (based on "your" picture) learn a new dance or sport and tone what you already have presently. You are ahead of the game.

Yes, the easiest way to lose weight is caloricaly, not exercise. Remember, all are important. Aerobic, diet, and weight resistance.
