Real fear, I think, would be something that most everyone fears. Being chased by a murderer, falling off a cliff, or anything else. Perceived fear, in my opinion, would be fears that are unique to the individual. One guy I work with is afraid of clowns, but I'm not. Is that a perceived fear? I may be way off, but real fear or perceived fear? It doesn't matter when you're the one scared silly! Good question!
