If I wanted toned legs how long and how far would I have to run?
Well, To "Tone" you're legs, I would recommend one to two miles a day. Or more depending on how good of shape your in. Keep running daily, and also consider biking. I love doing it and I have strong legs.
Probably start with a mile, then go up.
go hiking, its fun and it helps your butt and legs .
I'd say use the 5k app if you have an iPhone. It worked great for me, and Im proud with my newly improved calves. :)
