Can a non-Muslim sit in silent meditation on the floor in the prayer hall?
A prayer hall is traditionally used for salah. However, I am curious if I can enter the prayer hall as a non-Muslim to sit on the floor in a cross-legged position to silently meditate for a while and then leave. I would not disturb anyone in the prayer room and would respect the rules of the Masjid (shoes off, clean, proper attire, etc.).
